Day Treatment with Residence: 

Sometimes adolescents need the support of our residence services while attending day treatment.  These adolescents attend therapeutic activities during the day but enjoy more free time in the evenings.  There is limited space available for this service and adolescents must be recommended for this service by the clinical staff of PBI and have usually completed Residential Treatment in our program.

Day Treatment or Partial Hospitalization: 

Partial Hospitalization adolescents participate in program activities during the daytime from 8:30am – 5:00pm.  Often used as a step down from the Residential Level of Care or a step up from Intensive Outpatient, these adolescents need intensity and structure afforded for approximately eight hours per day but have a stable and supportive environment in which to go in the evening.  Adolescents who participate in this level of care benefit from both group and individual therapy throughout the day for three to seven days per week.  This level of care is available to both adults and adolescents.
