Clinical Director

We are currently looking for a Clinical Director who works alongside the Executive Director and oversees, assigns, coordinates, and assists staff in providing counseling services to clients.

The Clinical Director must possess the following requirements:

  • Education:  Required, Florida Licensed LCSW or LMHC, with minimum of five years experience in the chemical dependency field.
  • Must have two year supervisory experience.
  • Excellent experience in the assessment and/or treatment of substance abuse clients.
  • Experience with integrative 12-step-based programming and principles
  • Knowledge of JACHO and State regulatory processes
  • Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening.

 

Primary Therapist

 We are seeking a Primary Therapist that is responsible for providing high quality patient care, which includes demonstrating skills in assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy and discharge planning. Responsible for assessing, planning and delivering care for patients with substance abuse, dependence, and other addictive behaviors. Additionally, he/she is expected to conduct topic groups and to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

 The Therapist must possess the following requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences or related field. AND Certification for substance abuse treatment services from the Florida Certification Board (FCB) as a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) AND/OR An intern in an accredited master’s degree social or behavioral science program.
  • At least three (3) years experience in the assessment and/or treatment of substance abuse clients.
  • A valid Florida drivers’ license is preferred but not required.
  • If in recovery, must have 1+ years of sobriety.
  • Experience with integrative 12-step-based programming
  • Pass criminal background check.

 

Behavioral Health Technician

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist the clinical and medical staff with the treatment program and act as liaison to the patient community, ensures adherence to rules governing treatment and attendance at all scheduled events.  Supervises client residents in compliance with residential program rules and guidelines.   

The Behavioral Health Technician must possess the following requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED required
  • College-level coursework in health or social services field preferred.
  • CBHT, CAP, CAC or CAS certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in group home or behavioral health facility preferred.
  • Experience with integrative 12-step-based programming and principles
  • If in recovery, must have 1+ years of sobriety
  • Pass criminal background check

 

Licensed Practical Nurse

 We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse who provides comprehensive nursing care services utilizing skills of assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation and promotes the maintenance of quality physical health. The LPN must possess the following requirements:

  • Registered and currently licensed to practice in Florida.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • (1) Year of psychiatric or chemical dependency nursing experience desired.
  • Physical Limitations: Able to walk and work standing on feet up to 75% of each shift, must have high level of mobility necessary to assist patient’s needs, able to lift up to 50 pounds (i.e. Luggage).
  • Acquires and maintains CPR and First Aid certification.
  • If in recovery, must have 1+ years of sobriety
  • Pass criminal background check

 Driver

The Driver must possess the following requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
  • Holds a current motor vehicle license in the state.
  • Meets DMV requirements.
  • Acquires and maintains CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience with integrative 12-step-based programming and principles
  • If in recovery, must have 1+ years of sobriety
  • Pass criminal background check

 On-Site Cook

We are seeking an on-site cook to prepare meals for patients at the facility. The cook must possess the following requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED require
  • 2 years of Experience, preferred
  • If in recovery, must have 1+ years of sobriety
  • Pass criminal background check
